　 Welcome to Seishinkai Seishinryu Karate Federation.

 Seishinryu Karate was founded by Master Kikuchi Kazuo Sensei in 1957 in Tokyo, Japan.
It comes from the traditional style of martial arts.
Later the headquarters was moved up north to Sapporo city, Hokkaido prefecture.
Master Okubo Katsumi Sensei is the head of Seishinryu now.
Seishinryu has around 120 branches and about 2500 members in Sapporo and the surrounding areas.
